What is the LMS on Microsoft 365 and who is it designed for?
It is your company's training built inside your own tenant: catalog, role-based enrollment, assessments, certificates and a per-person record. It is designed for organizations that want to centralize training without adding another platform or taking data out of Microsoft 365.
How does it integrate with Microsoft 365?
It does not integrate: it is built with Microsoft 365. Identity is governed by Entra ID, content lives in your SharePoint with the permissions you already defined, and assignments and tracking are checked from Teams.
Do all Arcetec applications integrate the same way?
Yes. Comunidad360, Planeo360 and the agents use Entra ID for identity and SharePoint for documents, and connect to Copilot through our MCP. It is not a feature of one product: it is how the portfolio is built.
Do I need a Microsoft tenant to use Arcetec products?
Yes, and it is the only requirement: Microsoft 365, Entra ID or an Azure subscription. That is what lets your team sign in with their usual account and keeps access control the same as what you already have.
Does my data leave my company?
Your documents don't: they live in your SharePoint. Some solutions are installed in your subscription and others we operate as a service, in an instance dedicated to your company. If the relationship ends tomorrow, your documents and what we produced for you are still yours.
What happens when someone leaves the company?
They lose access the moment their corporate account is disabled, because identity is governed by Entra ID. There is no separate user list that someone has to remember to clean up.
How does QR visitor control work in Comunidad360?
The property management or the resident generates a code for the visit, and the front gate validates it from the app. The record keeps the entry and exit times, with no paper log and no data entry afterwards.
Does the LMS on Microsoft 365 issue certificates automatically?
Yes. When a program is passed, Power Automate issues the certificate with your company's template and saves it in SharePoint, with the date and the content completed, for the person and for the training department.
What can CataAI do, and what can't it do?
