Frequently asked questions about licensing.
What is a Microsoft CSP partner?
CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) is the program Microsoft uses to sell its cloud licenses through partners. Buying through CSP means Arcetec invoices you, supports you and manages the licenses with you, instead of your company buying directly with a credit card on the Microsoft portal.
Will I be invoiced in pesos?
Yes. Arcetec invoices Microsoft 365 and Copilot licenses and Azure consumption in Colombian pesos.
Are the licenses in my company's name?
Yes. They are assigned in your company's Microsoft 365 tenant, with your administrators. Arcetec manages them as a partner, but they don't belong to Arcetec.
Can I move the licenses I already have to Arcetec?
Yes. We review what you have today, how you bought it and when it renews, and we plan the transition so there is no service interruption.
Why don't you publish prices?
Because they change with Microsoft's price list and with the exchange rate. The quote is based on your company's licenses and number of users, using the current price list.
