Cowork Arcetec

Lienzo: AI social media content, with your company's brand.

Lienzo de Arcetec is the social media content generation platform from ARCETEC SOLUCIONES TECNOLÓGICAS SAS. You describe a topic in a chat and it produces finished pieces—carousels, ads and stories—with the brand's colors, typography and logo applied automatically, in the exact dimensions of each network: square, vertical and story. Each format keeps its own design instead of a rescaled copy, so a piece designed for Instagram doesn't arrive distorted on LinkedIn. The design draws on a library of graphic recipes that carry no color of their own: they take it from the brand they are applied to, so two different companies never get similar-looking pieces. It also builds the complete editorial calendar from a guideline, a topic and a date range, with a content pillar, hook, copy and hashtags for each post, and schedules it for each network's peak-reach hours in Colombia time. On Instagram and Facebook it publishes automatically; on the other networks it leaves the content ready and scheduled for upload. It is multi-brand, with sign-in through Microsoft Entra ID, administrator, editor and viewer profiles, per-brand permission assignment and archiving of pieces in SharePoint. Arcetec implements, integrates and supports the platform from Cajicá, Cundinamarca, for companies and agencies in Colombia and Latin America.

Describe the topic the way you would to a colleague, and Lienzo de Arcetec returns finished pieces: with your brand already applied and in the exact dimensions of each network. Then it builds the month's calendar and leaves it scheduled.

Posting consistently no longer depends on someone having time.

A company's social media problem is almost never ideas: it's that the person who knows how to design is busy, and with no piece there's no post.

From topic to post, without opening a design tool.

  1. Step 01 · You give it the topic — A topic, a link or some pasted text. Choose the brand and which network it's for, and that's it.
  2. Step 02 · It designs the pieces — It builds the full arc—hook, body and close—with the brand's palette and typography.
  3. Step 03 · You fine-tune it by hand — A visual editor on top: move, align, change a line of text or a photo. With history for each slide.
  4. Step 04 · It's scheduled and published — At each network's peak-reach time. Instagram and Facebook go out on their own; the rest is left ready.

One design per format, not a stretched image

It's the difference between publishing on several networks and publishing the same thing on several networks.

A square isn't a cropped vertical. When a tool exports the same design in three sizes, the headline that was centered ends up stuck to the edge and the logo falls outside the story's safe area. Lienzo de Arcetec keeps a dedicated design for each format. When it adapts a piece it doesn't rescale it: it lays it out again, and you can retouch each version separately without one overwriting the other. And before publishing, it checks that the piece has a design in the target format. Without that check, one format's design gets published on the wrong canvas, with no visible error.

Everything you need between the idea and the post.

It isn't an image generator: it's the complete chain, from the moment someone proposes a topic until the piece is published and archived where it belongs.

No templates your competitors are already using

The reason template-made pieces can be spotted a mile away is that they are literally the same.

Lienzo de Arcetec doesn't start from templates: it starts from composition recipes. A recipe says where the visual weight goes—a full-bleed cover, an editorial split, a figure over a photo, steps along a rail—but it doesn't carry a single color of its own. Color, typography and graphic motif are supplied by your brand when it's applied. That's why the same recipe used by two different companies doesn't produce two similar pieces, and why the library grows without anyone having to redo anything when you change your identity. The result is content people recognize as yours before they read the name, which is exactly what a shared template can't deliver.

How it's delivered, and what it needs on your side

It's a service, not software you install. This is exactly what Arcetec operates and what remains yours.

Lienzo de Arcetec runs in Arcetec's cloud, in a dedicated instance for your organization: its own deployment and database, without sharing space with any other client. We take care of the infrastructure, updates, backup and monitoring. Your brands, your social media accounts and the pieces you archive remain yours, and you authorize and revoke each network's credentials yourself, from the network itself. On your side you need a Microsoft 365 tenant and an administrator to authorize the application. If you don't have one, or have no one to manage it, we create it in your company's name and operate it for you.

What it ships with on day one, without commissioning anything from a designer.

An AI with its hands tied where it matters.

The agent reads web pages to research, so you have to assume someone will try to hide instructions from it. What decides whether that's a problem isn't good intentions: it's what the agent simply can't do.

The whole month, planned in an afternoon

It isn't a list of dates: it's a plan with a reason behind every post.

Give it a guideline, a topic and a date range, and Lienzo de Arcetec builds the full content grid: what gets published each day, on which network and which content pillar it serves. Each post arrives with its hook, copy and hashtags already written. Then it generates the creatives for the whole grid, one by one or in batches, and suggests posting times. It spreads posts across each network's peak-reach windows and keeps two pieces from the same brand from stepping on each other on the same day. All in Colombia time, which is fixed by design. And nothing gets scheduled without someone approving it.

Connected to your accounts, and honest about which ones

Today Instagram and Facebook publish on their own. The rest are left scheduled and ready, with the creative done.

You connect Instagram and Facebook by authorizing the application once: it discovers the linked pages and accounts on its own, without asking you for passwords or tokens. For the other networks, publishing is manual, and we say so here, not in the fine print. They're scheduled the same way: when the time comes, the post appears ready with the generated piece and the copy written, so you can upload it in one go. It's a reminder with the work already done, not automatic publishing. And you can check each account whenever you like: it verifies identity, permissions and expiration without publishing anything, so you find out a permission has expired before a campaign fails.

Questions we get before signing.

Including the uncomfortable ones, which are the ones that really decide whether this works for your operation.

How is Lienzo de Arcetec priced?
As a service, in two parts. The first is a defined setup, quoted based on how many brands need to be defined and how many social media accounts need to be connected: it includes configuring your instance, loading the brands with their palettes and typefaces, and training the team. The second is a monthly service fee, which covers the platform, infrastructure, updates, backup, monitoring and support. There is no charge per piece generated or per post, which in a content tool is what really matters: the month you need to produce the most shouldn't be the most expensive. Before we start, we give you the estimate with the numbers for your specific case.
Does it publish on all my networks by itself?
No, and we'd rather tell you up front. Today Instagram and Facebook publish automatically through Meta's official API. LinkedIn, X, Threads, TikTok and YouTube are set up and scheduled the same way, but the final publishing step is manual: when the time comes, the post appears marked as ready, with the piece already generated and the copy already written, so you can upload it in one go. It's a reminder with the work already done, not automatic publishing. We're working on the missing connectors, but we don't put dates on a public page because part of the process depends on each platform's approval, not on us.
Does it generate video for Reels, TikTok or Shorts?
No. It generates the cover or the vertical image in the correct format, which works for a story or as a thumbnail, but it doesn't produce video. If your strategy relies mostly on video, this tool handles the graphic side and the planning, not video editing. We'd rather you know now than find out in the first week.
Won't all the pieces end up looking alike?
It's the right question, because that's exactly what happens with templates. Lienzo de Arcetec doesn't start from templates but from composition recipes: fourteen different ways to organize a piece, none with a color of its own. Color, typography, logo and graphic motif are supplied by your brand when it's applied, so the same recipe used by two companies doesn't produce two similar pieces. And within each recipe, the content changes the layout: a four-word headline and a twelve-word one aren't composed the same way.
What do we need to have ready for our brand?
Less than people assume: two identity colors and the logo. From those, the rest of the palette is derived, in light and dark versions. If you have a brand manual and your own typefaces, they're loaded and used; if not, you can start with one of the forty curated typefaces and adjust later. During implementation we define the brands together with your marketing team, and changing the colors later doesn't require redoing anything: new pieces come out with the updated identity.
Where are the pieces stored and who can see them?
In the company's SharePoint, in each brand's library, with the folder structure, permissions and version history you already have. No parallel repository is created. Inside the application, the unit of assignment is the brand: each person sees the pieces, campaigns and accounts of the brands assigned to them and nothing else. There are three profiles: administrator, editor and viewer.
Can it be used for several brands or several clients?
Yes, and that's the scenario it was designed for. Each brand has its own identity, social media accounts, campaigns and permissions, and they all coexist in the same deployment. An agency works for all its clients without switching tools and without one team seeing another's material. Files follow the same division, so SharePoint permissions can mirror the application's exactly.
How long does setup take and what do we need to have ready?
Between two and four weeks until the first content grid is publishing, counted from when we have access to the Microsoft 365 tenant. The first part is configuring your instance and registering the application; the second is defining the brands with your marketing team and connecting the social media accounts. On your side you need a Microsoft 365 administrator to authorize the application, someone from marketing to validate colors and logo, and whoever manages the business's Facebook and Instagram pages. You don't need any servers or an infrastructure team: technical operations are on us and included in the monthly fee. If your company doesn't have a tenant, or has no one to manage it, we create it in your company's name and operate it for you.

We use it ourselves for our own brands.

Two ways to work with us

We work in two ways, and this is one of them. Our own products are a service that Arcetec operates on its own cloud, with a dedicated instance for each client. There are no servers to manage and no updates to apply. Azure projects work the other way around: they're deployed in the client's subscription, with its own billing and keys. If what you're looking for is your own infrastructure rather than a service, that's the line for you.
