Corporate LMS inside the Microsoft 365 you already pay for.

Your company's LMS built with what your Microsoft 365 license already includes: a catalog in Viva Learning, enrollment by Entra ID groups, assessments with Forms, certificates with Power Automate and a per-person record in Power BI.

Catalog, enrollment, assessments, certificates and per-person records, built with Viva Learning, SharePoint, Teams, Forms, Power Automate and Power BI. No other platform to license and no other password to remember.

How we implement it

Every LMS function, with a tool you already have.

We don't build a parallel platform: we organize the ones your license already includes so they do the work of a learning management system.

What the training team can answer.

The question that matters in an audit is who completed what, and when. This is how it gets answered.

Frequently asked questions

What people usually ask before getting started.

Can you have an LMS without leaving Microsoft 365?
Yes, for most corporate programs. Viva Learning puts the catalog in Teams, SharePoint stores the content, Forms handles assessments, Lists keeps the records, Power Automate issues the certificates and Power BI shows progress. What we do is organize them so they work as a single system.
Do I need to buy additional licenses?
It depends on what you already have. Microsoft 365 business plans cover almost everything, but curating learning paths and academies in Viva Learning requires a premium license, and some flows may require paid Power Automate or Power BI. We review it with you before proposing the scope.
How do I know who completed each program?
Through the records. Viva Learning's own reports are anonymous by design, so we keep the per-person record in a SharePoint list, fed by Forms and Power Automate, and it is viewed in Power BI.
Does it issue certificates automatically?
Yes. When someone passes, Power Automate generates the certificate with your company's template, saves it in SharePoint and sends it to the person, with the date and the program completed.
What about the SCORM content we already bought?
Microsoft 365 doesn't play SCORM natively, and we'd rather say so from the start. The usual approach is to convert that material into video and Forms assessments, or link to it from the catalog if the provider hosts it. We define this in the inventory, before building anything.
Who sees what?
That is decided by the SharePoint groups and permissions and the Entra ID Conditional Access you already manage. If those permissions are disorganized, the training program inherits them; that's why we review them first.
Does the data leave our organization?
No. Content, records, certificates and reports live in your tenant, with the same retention and audit policies as the rest of your information.
