What does a Microsoft 365 implementation include?
Four pieces: email in Exchange Online, Teams organized around how your people work, SharePoint with permissions and document governance, and identity with Entra ID and Intune (second factor, conditional access and device control).
Which Microsoft 365 license does my company need?
It depends on your size and what you need to protect. The Business plans (Basic, Standard and Premium) are for up to 300 users; the Enterprise plans (E3 and E5) are for more users or stricter security and compliance requirements.
Is Microsoft 365 Copilot included?
No. Copilot Chat is available with Microsoft 365, but Microsoft 365 Copilot, the one that works with your company's documents and email, is an additional license.
Where do I buy the licenses?
Arcetec sells them as a Microsoft CSP partner, invoiced in Colombian pesos, and they are registered to your company in your own tenant.
