Measurable commitments.
The figures the service stands behind, and where each one comes from.
- 60% — Lower cost than pay-as-you-go pricing, with Hybrid Benefit and reserved instances
- 99,5% — Monthly virtual machine availability, the contractual target of the managed service
- 30min — Committed response time for critical incidents, with coverage seven days a week
- 17 — Production environments under management
What we do on your platform.
Design, operations, cost, and continuity. The four things you decide to contract once your platform stops being a project.
- Design and migration — Discovery of applications and dependencies, landing zone design covering networking, identity, security, and cost, and wave-based migration with cutover windows and a rollback plan.
- Managed operations — Monitoring seven days a week with automatic ticketing, a formal patching cycle with advance notice and a rollback plan, backup management with quarterly restore testing, and a ten-section monthly report.
- Consumption optimization — Azure Hybrid Benefit, reserved instances purchased in staggered tranches, and rightsizing by machine and disk type, with quarterly analysis and a six-month projection.
- Continuity and backup — Architectures with a synchronized replica, separate backups for the operating system, application, and data, and a documented restore test every quarter.
Additional services.
How the service grows and how it's governed, written down before you need it.
- Scale without renegotiating — The model is defined per unit, so adding a new environment updates the inventory instead of reopening the contract.
- Service governance — A monthly operations committee, a quarterly service review with capacity trends, a change committee as needed, and an annual strategic review.
How we come in: three stages.
From assessment to operations, with a fixed scope and price before you sign.
- Assessment — An inventory of applications and dependencies, a cost and security baseline, and the target architecture. This is where the scope and the price come from, not an estimate.
- Enablement — Monitoring deployment, configuration of patching and backup windows, runbooks, and stabilization. Formal commitments take effect with the signed kickoff record.
- Operations — Support with committed response times and automatic escalation, consumption optimization, and a ten-section monthly report with an action plan.
What comes with the platform.
Six architecture decisions that are made once and pay off every month.
- Right-sized virtual machines — Compute sized to each role, with Premium SSD and Premium SSD v2 disks based on the operations per second the workload needs.
- Databases with continuity — Architectures with a synchronized replica so that a database engine failure doesn't stop operations.
- Hybrid infrastructure — Sensitive workloads on your premises connected to Azure through VPN or ExpressRoute, under unified governance.
- High availability — Load balancing, availability sets, and network segmentation for high-traffic applications.
- Predictable cost — Staggered reservations and reused licensing, with a single invoice in pesos at the day's official exchange rate (TRM).
- Built-in security — DDoS Protection, network security groups by port and protocol, Defender for Servers with Just-in-Time access, and Azure Policy.
Where it's already running.
Four ways this platform is already in operation, each with its published case study.
- Many environments, one operator — Seventeen production ERP environments managed on Azure, each belonging to an end customer, with consumption billed as a Microsoft partner.
- Continuity when the engine stops — An update left the primary database stopped in the middle of operations: failing over to the replica restored service in forty minutes.
- Critical infrastructure migration — SAP, SQL Server, and web services moved off on-premises servers in eight weeks, with integrations intact.
- Hybrid without throwing away what you've paid for — Platforms where existing investments coexist with new cloud services, connected through VPN or ExpressRoute.
