Your company's workspace, with artificial intelligence built in
Cowork Arcetec con Microsoft 365. Your team works with AI on your documents, your email and your systems, and gets the finished work back: presentations, documents, analyses and code. Your files stay in your Microsoft 365, and the artificial intelligence runs on Azure.
Your company already knows almost everything it needs to know
The problem isn't a lack of knowledge. It's scattered across folders, emails and people's heads, and every time it's needed, someone has to go looking for it.
- The good proposal was written by someone who no longer works here
- The deal was closed by email eight months ago, and nobody remembers with whom
- The committee report is put together by hand every Monday
- The cost analysis is redone from scratch on every project
- Every team has its own version of the template
The four pillars
- Collaborative work: Shared projects across people and teams.
- All the knowledge: The SharePoint libraries each person can already open and, if the company turns it on, email.
- Real deliverables: Finished presentations, documents, analyses, diagrams and code.
- Your information, yours: The files it produces stay in your company's SharePoint.
It runs on Anthropic's Claude models through Microsoft Foundry, in the Azure cloud operated by Arcetec: you don't contract or manage anything.
How it works
- You ask, in plain language
- It goes and finds what your company has already written
- It writes with your company's judgment
- It hands you the file and you decide where to save it
What it produces
- Presentations: In editable PowerPoint and PDF.
- Documents: In Word, with a table of contents, tables and signature blocks.
- Spreadsheets: In Excel, with the formulas in place.
- Diagrams: Ready to paste.
- Source code: In Python, JavaScript, SQL and other languages, ready for review.
- Tailor-made: Templates and deliverables tailored to your company, which Arcetec develops as a service.
What Cowork does in your industry
Healthcare
Healthcare providers, clinics and medical centers. The administrative work surrounding care eats up hours of qualified staff: claim denials, contracts with insurers, accreditation paperwork and reports for the board.
- Responses to claim denials: Searches email for the exchange with the insurer and the libraries for the contract and supporting documents; drafts the response with its arguments and delivers it in Word.
- Contracts with insurers: Compares the new draft against the current contract and points out what changed.
- Accreditation documentation: Builds and updates manuals, procedures and protocols in the institution's format.
- Monthly board report: Cross-references the month's billing and receivables with the indicators and delivers the presentation.
Logistics and heavy freight transportation
Freight carriers, logistics operators and private fleets. Operations live in emails, manifests, insurance policies and contracts, and every large customer asks for reports and proposals in its own format.
- Freight rate proposal for a shipper: Starts from earlier proposals for similar routes and delivers the offer with the company's branding.
- Reconstructing a loss or an incident: Gathers, in order, the emails with the customer, the insurer and the driver, and puts together the report.
- Compliance report for the customer: Consolidates the month's dispatches, incidents and billing into a presentation.
- Receivables by customer: Shows outstanding invoices and payments received, and drafts the payment reminder.
- Onboarding and tenders: Puts together the company's document package for a new customer or a tender.
Financial services
Credit unions, employee funds, accounting and investment firms. They run on documents that have to add up: committees, policies, audit requests and reports for the board.
- Credit committee package: Gathers the application, the supporting documents and the history, and leaves the summary ready for the committee.
- Receivables and collections: Looks up invoices, payments and credit notes, and delivers the aging analysis in Excel with formulas.
- Statutory auditor requests: Searches email and the libraries for the requested supporting documents and puts together the response.
- Policies and manuals: Updates the policies, including the anti-money laundering policy, in the institutional format.
- Monthly sales report: Looks up customers, opportunities and proposals for the management report.
Connects with what your company already uses
- SharePoint (Connected): Reads the libraries each person has access to and saves the deliverables.
- Microsoft 365 email (Connected · read-only): Searches sent and received mail, when the company turns it on.
- Web search (Connected · read-only): Searches only the sites your company approves and tells official sources apart.
- Alegra (Connected · read-only): Looks up billing, payments, receivables, purchases and accounting.
- Granola (Connected · read-only): Reads meeting notes, summaries and transcripts.
- Planeo360 (Connected · read-only): Looks up customers, opportunities, proposals, projects and tasks.
- Wompi (Connected · read-only): Looks up transactions and merchant data, through Planeo360.
- Treli (Connected · read-only): Looks up subscriptions, customers, charges and invoices, through Planeo360.
- FICC ERP (Connected · read-only): Looks up the ERP's operational data. On the Enterprise plan.
Artificial intelligence is included
Your people sign in with the account they always use, and your documents, your email and your permissions are connected with your own keys on day one. You don't have to set up or manage anything in Azure.
- Included in the service: Every month, your plan comes with an artificial intelligence credit, used with Claude models in Microsoft Foundry, on Azure.
- You set the cap: When the credit runs out, usage stops unless you authorize more. Your administrator sees each person's spending.
The models run on Azure and your files stay in your Microsoft 365.
What makes it different
- It goes looking, it doesn't ask you: It goes into your libraries and, if the company turns it on, your email, with each person's permissions.
- It delivers the file: The PDF you send and the editable version, from the same request.
- It sounds like your company: Instructions and projects give it your judgment.
Already using Copilot? Keep using it. Both live in Microsoft: Copilot helps you inside the open document; Cowork delivers the document.
Your information, yours
- We host it, update it and monitor it: you don't install anything.
- Your tenant is connected with your own keys on day one.
- The artificial intelligence runs in Microsoft Foundry: your messages and the responses are processed within Azure.
- Your files aren't copied: they're read from your SharePoint, and the deliverables are saved there.
- In SharePoint, Cowork only opens what the person asking can already open.
- Nothing is saved to your SharePoint without a person confirming it, and Cowork doesn't send emails.
- Each company has its own instance, separate from any other customer.
- There's a record of who did what, and that record doesn't copy what was discussed. Conversations are stored in your instance so your team can find them.
