Purpose of the call
Arcetec Soluciones Tecnológicas S.A.S. invites entrepreneurs in Colombia to submit entrepreneurial projects in order to select one (1), for which Arcetec will develop, at no cost to the participant, the technology solution its project requires, and to which it will provide technical support during the twelve (12) months following delivery.
The call does not constitute an offer of credit, an equity investment, or the acquisition of any interest whatsoever in the participant's project.
Who may participate
Individuals and legal entities resident or domiciled in Colombia may participate. An incorporated company, commercial registration, or prior revenue is not required: projects at the idea stage are accepted.
Each participant may submit one project. Applying is free of charge and does not compromise ownership of the project or of its ideas.
Projects not admitted
Projects whose core business coincides with that of Arcetec are not admitted, such core business being understood as software development, cloud services, artificial intelligence integration, and technology consulting.
The purpose is to avoid a conflict of interest: in such cases Arcetec would act simultaneously as evaluator and as competitor of the participant. The exclusion implies no assessment whatsoever of the quality of such projects.
Deadlines
- Application deadline: December 31, 2026.
- Announcement of the winning project: January 15, 2027. Execution of the project begins on that same date.
- Technical support: twelve (12) months counted from delivery of the solution.
How to apply
The only means of application is the form published at arcetec.com.co/landing/apoyo-tecnologico. Only applications received through that means, within the stated deadline, and with all required fields completed will be considered submitted.
Evaluation criteria
Admitted applications are evaluated against four criteria:
- Social or environmental impact: the real problem it solves and the number of people it reaches.
- Technical feasibility: whether the solution can be built with available technology and within a reasonable time frame.
- Innovation and use of artificial intelligence: the project's novel contribution and the appropriate use of data, AI, or automation.
- Team and execution capacity: who is behind the project and their capacity to sustain it once built.

Processing of personal data
Personal data provided in the application are processed in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 (Ley 1581 de 2012) and Arcetec's Privacy Policy, for the purpose of managing and evaluating the call and communicating with participants. Authorization is granted expressly and separately in the application form itself.
